Ernst & Young takes great pride in its learning and development program. Its portal, encompassing 1200 pages with 450 attachments in five languages, needed to be available in 29 countries for 40,000 users and contain all crucial learning and development resource materials. b.e.st worked closely with international teams to facilitate the creation of area specific content and translation into local languages.
b.e.st drove the entire design process for the portal, which has become the most highly used internal site for EY throughout the Americas
